1) In the unlikely event that we are unable for any reason to comply with your order we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. We will ensure a full refund of the price paid. We will not be responsible for any consequential losses if we cannot comply.

2) If you do not qualify for free delivery (based on delivery location and size of your order) we reserve the right to require a delivery charge (at cost) for which payment will be required before despatch.

3) We can only sell our wines to customers in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland).

Privacy Policy

We do not keep any of your information except your contact details. We do not share or pass on to other parties any of your contact information other than for effecting delivery of the wine. We would not use the information ourselves other than for the purposes of selling our products or providing you with information about the vineyard.
